I'm Emad — a software developer turned AI consultant. Over the last decade I've shipped products across e-commerce, SaaS, and fintech, and over the last three years I've focused almost entirely on AI: agent design, retrieval, evals, and turning prototypes into reliable production systems.
I'm based in Baia Mare. I work with companies adopting AI for the first time, with engineering teams building agentic products, and with individuals navigating the Romanian tech market.
I prefer pragmatic over fashionable: the right model, the right framework, and the smallest possible system that actually solves the problem.
